Good (PM, Designer) and (PM, Tech Lead) relationships are a 🔝 team productivity hack. When they work, it's just 🤌🏼 And then you change teams and you've gotta redefine everything all over again🥲 Almost like dating😂 You adapt to every relationship and sometimes miss your ex😂

I don’t know who needs to hear this but when you ask for feedback, the best immediate thing to do is to thank the person for their feedback and to reflect on what they said. Do NOT to get defensive 😐

Another confusion rampant in the product world - incremental vs iterative. Iteration is going over and improving something. Incremental is adding something. In a sprint, you increment AND iterate. Best way to understand this is this image.

Is it just me or is it really annoying that WhatsApp don’t have a ‘message’ CTA on the contact info page? There’s call, pay, search and all other rarely used features but not the main thing that the app was built for 🤦🏻‍♀️

I might be really late in seeing this but location detail changed to “Earth”? 😂 There can only be 2 reasons 1. It was the easiest solution to not having location permission 2. We might soon be able to tweet from outside the Earth (can’t rule this out with Elon Musk)

I miss the good old days when all the great content was on Twitter and not fragmented across newsletters. Today’s Twitter content is all about hacks and humble brags. Or am I not following the right people? Tag your favourite product people on Twitter 🙏🏼👇🏼

What's a good on-the-go solution for task management? I want to be able to add a task for myself without having to take my phone out, find an app and type it out. Also imp to be able to access this on my laptop and phone. I can work with the Apple Watch, Google Home and Echo.

PSA: Sprint planning should be the joint responsibility of the PM + Tech Lead, not just the PM. The PM brings in the most imp user-centric problems to work on. If that means some devs don't have tickets (FE / BE), it's the Tech Lead's job to fill the gaps with tech debt.

A critical skill that's not spoken about very often in the context of levelling up at work - shock absorption. The higher you go, the more heat you face. If you can't absorb that and you end up passing on the stress downstream, you're going to have a very unhappy team.
