Self-reliant women give a new direction to the Society. Under the #SelfEsteem campaign, inspired by Saint Dr MSG, Dera Sacha Sauda is providing free skill training in sewing, beautician, computer etc. to needy women.

A self reliant woman can change society , but due to gender bias, women have not had the rights to become independent. So under #SelfEsteem Initiative started by Saint Dr MSG , DSS Devotees are offering free skill development training to girls so they also unlock their potential.
