I'm very happy and proud that we have ended the year with two very interesting IBED seminars: my former supervisor Prof. Michael Bruen from University College Dublin on decision support tools and Prof. Luuk Dorren from Berner Fachhochschule on hazard risk management.
Yesterday I was at the Scientist Rebellion Netherlands documentary screening on civil disobedience, and Fabian Dablander and Eileen Enderle leaded a very interesting discussion! π
Today I joined Mariana Gliesch and Leonardo Hinojosa on the field to collect 120 samples from their drought experiments; it was a lot of work but also a lot of fun! π±π§οΈ
This and last week I worked in the labs of Utrecht University to measure the zeta potential of my floc solutions. The collaboration with Alemeh Karami, who I met at the NAC Conference in March, is going really well and the results are promising!

Today I attended two very interesting lectures through the Future of Energy network: Prof Bruno Ehrler presented his work on the use of Perovskites for solar power and Prof. Joyeeta Gupta talked about how as a society we can stop using fossil fuels.
