Thanks to HR 3648, Employers cannot undercut American workers. HR3648 is good for America! Our children deserve equality. #PassHR3648 #YesEagleAct

We ask for equality! Help us by passing HR3648 in 2022! HR3648 limits the number of temporary guest workers (H1B) a company can hire. #PassHR3648 #YesEagleAct

President Donald J. Trump We came legally to chase American dream 15 years back, stuck in the employment based immigration backlog due to country of birth discrimination in immigration laws.

Disproportionate effect on high skilled #Indian nationals many of whom have been in the US for decades on #H1B visas waiting for their green cards which are backlogged in a dysfunctional #immigration system. washingtonpost.com/us-policy/2023…

EB2 is the GC category that most H-1Bs use. India is allocated about 3.5K EB2 GCs this year (vs. 50K ann. demand). The FAD dates aren’t expected to move given this. Given Congress is dysfunctional re immig. reform, the only realistic relief is administrative: early AOS filing.

Dozens of bipartisan members of Congress wrote to ARCHIVED: Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas to ask for “dates for filing” chart to be made current at the beginning of the fiscal year. This would allow all in the backlog with approved petitions to receive EADs and also protect children from aging out.

Another absolutely incredible story by Andrea Castillo: a guy who invested $1.6 million in a U.S. business is run out of the country and separated from his family. Our immigration laws are as masochistic to the U.S. as they are sadistic to immigrants latimes.com/politics/story…

Our broken immigration system goes beyond the southern border. We must address the decades-long backlog of cases and take a comprehensive & humane approach to reforming our dysfunctional immigration system.
