It's amazing how many towels I use as a #CompetitiveSwimmer. I try to re-use and air dry towels as much as possible, but sometimes they are so wet, it can't be done. Try to think of the #Environment and #Greensports to find better ways to help your #Sport.

I looked into #RowingCanada and tried the sport of rowing with #OttawaRowingClub I never thought I'd like it, let alone do it. But because of my swimming, it was a natural transition into this sport.

Best part of #Rowing is being above the water instead of under it for a change. The sunset each day on the #OttawaRiver with the fresh air was a fantastic experience! #OttawaRowingClub #TryaNewSport

Got to attend the 2025 KBM Gran Finale Swim Meet. I have't been to a Kingston Blue Marlin's swim meet since I was 10 years old. I always loved racing in that pool in Queens University. Still love it!
