In previous events we collected statistics for Mars and Mercury. Craters on Mercury adopt the names of famous artists: only 89% are named after men, 90% identify as heterosexual, 65% are of European descent. Yet it has some of the best diversity statistics across the solar system

The ESA/JAXA BepiColombo mission to Mercury has experienced a technical issue that is preventing its thrusters from operating at full power. Top spaceflight experts from ESA and its partners are working the problem, but the long-term impact on the mission is uncertain. Details:
