The world rallied around Notre Dame because they understand the cultural & spiritual significance of it. How can people not translate that to Uluru? Because Indigenous cultures are seen as inferior. The crux is the entrenched racism & dismissal of Indigenous people & cultures.

If you’re an educator, it’s not cool or funny to publicly shame, belittle, or bully students. This shouldn’t have to be said.

Too many Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander kids grow up in care w/out knowing who they are. It’s taken me 30+yrs& I’m finding out more every day. Being placed with my non Aboriginal family didn’t resolve any of that. It’s been a struggle every day. Help our kids stay connected
