Yes but during the many hours spent week after week in the vast lands of Z2 my overactive brain can't help but wonder what the best place inside Z2 would be... in particular, how low is too low, how bad is stopping/coasting, what about splitting long rides in two etc.

So proud of my boyfriend who delivered an outstanding performance in the Swiss national ITT Championships this weekend to win the amateur category. It also means I have a 100% success rate this year in coaching people to national ITT titles 😆😜#proudcoach

Couldn't have hoped for a better way to end the season. Victory at Chrono des Nations last Sunday. Now off-season, lots of things to plan and think about 🤓😋

Recommendations wanted! Looking for book on exercise physiology that is readable (yet scientifically accurate) and oriented towards practice, i.e. answering questions I might ask myself in everyday athlete life ("what is happening in my body when I do this type of workout" etc.)

Why do I always wake up so early the day after a VO2max session? 🥱😥 Morning VO2max session, finished at noon, fall asleep at my usual time, but wake up 1-2h earlier than usual. Quite a consistent pattern for me, something I haven't seen in other athletes... 🤔
