🧵/RCTs are the gold standard in⬇️ biases in📝. But often times, obtaining funding & enrolling based on honest power calculations is impossible, esp in Surgery.

That means most📝are cohort studies, & I thought it’d be worth reviewing what one can do to best adjust for biases.
