I spent my morning waking some lucky kids up to receive their acceptance letters to the Clay County, Missouri Sheriff JUNIOR POLICE ACADEMY!! Congratulations to these kiddos (and more) and thank you NKC Schools for partnering with us to make this happen! See you all in July 🚓👮‍♀️👮‍♂️🚨

Today I had the opportunity to teach one the Antioch Spartans and New Mark summer ☀️Health/PE classes about the dangers of impaired and distracted driving 🚙. They really enjoyed trying to walk a straight line using the Fatal Vision goggles I borrowed from Clay County, Missouri Sheriff 😂

I spent this entire week getting certified to instruct the Active Shooter/Intruder Response course that is taught in every school in the district during the first week teachers return to their buildings. Thank you Strategos Intl. for training us how to better protect our students!

It’s a busy week for athletics Antioch Spartans!! We started the week with A/B/C Volleyball Teams playing their rivals, New Mark MS, which resulted in some tough losses, but the girls still played very well! Tonight - our A/B Football Teams take on Liberty here at home!! 💙🩵🤍

So thankful to be nominated by my peers for this award! Knowing what I do at ANMS is valued and appreciated means the world to me! Being a school resource officer has truly been my most favorite position of my entire career!

Congrats to Antioch Spartans football for ending their season as NORTHLAND CHAMPS with a win over undefeated Park Hill 33-18! All 3 ANMS teams had phenomenal seasons with overall records of 14-3 with each team only losing 1 game each!
