gpt-5 is much better than sonnet-4 for well defined, well scoped prompts/tasks. Claude needs to be course corrected much more. Sonnet 4 does do better job when either prompts have ambiguity or tasks have ambiguity. But then opus is much better at tackling ambiguity.
