the sleeper train to #nhatrang was not so bad even though it was seven hours long. the cabin next to us had people who non-stopped talk loudly and children who would not shut up. realized they may have been americans...🤬🤬🤬...

slower beach life for a few days and cooler weather here in #nhatrang.

slowly wanting to replace being called papi or daddy with anh the longer I am here. 🫣.

normally do not eat breakfast nor rice, however, when it happens it will be com tom for 70k vnd ($2.65 usd).

spent a few days here in #nhatrang by the beach trying to keep the mind clear while also game planning next steps. trip is starting to feel long whilen also short. technically only nine days in and twenty more to go. off to #danang for a few days.

an expected quick roadtrip to #halong turned into a few nights of semi business and of course things to figure out.

went back to the old quarter today to buy some items to take home and the travel melancholy has started to set in, even more so than other trips since its the motherland as well as my longest trip. practicing more of the language is a bonus but knowing I may be back very soon. 😑

have not been on a trip this long with the longest time spent in #hanoi. most likely will have to be back soon. practicing vietnamese was a major plus. the pollution here is no joke. some days were rough but worth the motorbiking around to see the hustle and feel the energy.

what a trip to #vietnam. a month may sound long but it is not when there are so many things to stimulate you from the grab bikes to of course all the food. more than likely will be back sooner rather than later. #vietkieu.
