Over the last few days we have been reflecting about how we can be a force for good against the racism that still persists in our society. Uniting Hotel Chocolat colleagues from America and Saint Lucia with our U.K. team, we are pulling our plans together for sustained, 1/3

2/3 meaningful action within our business network. The only way we can make lasting change happen is to commit together and forever. Although talk is cheap and we prefer constructive action, we want to make clear our unequivocal solidarity with people striving for racial equality

3/3 and want to be part of the movement towards this. The frank honesty of our teams has shown a passion which I am proud to see in our business and has helped me to learn a lot already this week. We will be publishing our progress.

2/3 and frankly and openly shared experiences, ideas and agreed on these actions: 1/ to commit to long term learning about racism, its history, causes and manifestations 2/ to share our commitment to change 3/ to use our power and platform to take action. We recognise the group

3/3 alone cannot drive change without wider support and so we’ve partnered with an expert provider to provide Diversity and Inclusion training to everyone at Hotel Chocolat over the coming months. I’m pleased we have taken our important first steps and that we now have a
