Politically, I reckon it’s all to play for in a 2025 mayoral election. Just look at the combined votes from this year’s Hull & ER council elections:
Lib Dems 42,312
Lab 34,707
Con 32,030
Green 4,001
Others 15,236
Much will depend on candidates and next year’s General Election.
