Nice to see ultra-short term EU labeling applied for #singlecell RNA dynamics, revealing intergenic transcription. With 1h labeling coupled to ATAC and #CRISPR perturbations, we traced gene-regulatory dynamics during cell state transitions. Check out scFluent-seq and PerturbFate!
