#VISxAI is next week (Oct 18, 8am PT) and we have all the details: 🌐 This year we’re *fully virtual and free*! We'll host a social meetup at #ieeevis. 📊 The program of accepted submissions is now up. Congrats to our authors! 📢 Our keynote speaker will be Matthew Conlen!
📢 Come join us at MIT Visualization Group!! We're looking to recruit 1–2 PhD students to work with us on accessible data representations, interpretable/explainable AI, or malleable interfaces w/LLMs. Apply to MIT EECS by Dec 15: eecs.mit.edu/academics/grad… (lists a lot of helpful resources!).
📢 Don't miss Matthew Conlen's keynote on "Beyond Notebooks: Computational Tools for Disseminating Research and Ideas" at #VISxAI next week! Reminder: VISxAI is *virtual and free* this year! See you on Oct 18th, at 8am PT! #ieeevis visxai.io
🎓If you want to do a PhD in reinforcement learning, Princeton Computer Science is a great place to be! Many faculty work on different aspects of RL, including theory (Mengdi, Chi), optimization (Elad, Amir), robotics (Anirudha, Jaime) and algorithms (me). Many folks from Princeton Neuroscience Institute, too.
I had so much fun working on LeGrad with Walid BOUSSELHAM, Hendrik Strobelt, and Hilde Kuehne! Demo it here 💻 huggingface.co/spaces/WalidBo…
