Nobody expects me to die. Because I've said it before and I'm not dead yet. I needed help today. It's not happening. I can't carry on struggling. There is no help when you're autistic and there's no autism service. Services think you can wait endlessly. I can't.

They're still talking about an appointment to do the social care assessment so they haven't listened to a word. They don't even seem to know they did it by email before (it took 2 months). Possibly because a social worker since then fraudulently said she assessed me at home.

They haven't even started to adapt the social care assessment yet. Transforming care have only been asked to help today. Transforming care knew six months ago that I was waiting for an adapted social care assessment, and however many times since that I've re-sent the email.

On the first anniversary of #Caitlyn ’s death, perhaps it would be better to pause and consider how we might honour her memory by reducing #suicide among #autistic people. As for me, I will simply continue what I had already been doing speaking up for people who think differently.

I can wait til tomorrow now to see if anyone will actually help before I try to kill myself. I've got my more familiar OD now. My family don't see the risk at all because they just gave it to me. I don't blame them, they don't understand.

'If they discriminate against you due to disability, you should report them'.

Okay, but you clearly don't undersyand how time-consuming, emotiomally-draining and (sometimes) expensive it can be to do that... when you're already struggling because you're disabled.

It's funny how there are books to teach this stuff, but nobody seems to be taught how to not discriminate again autistic people and that we have a right to exist as we are.

You can't make an autistic person neurotypical. If anyone has a problem with me not saying hello, not making eye contact, or not speaking at all, that's their problem not mine. I don't have to perform neurotypicality and I'm certainly not destroying myself to do it.

I was in bed when my sister got here for my appointment. She laughed when I pulled the quilt back and my cat was under there with me.

The emergency duty number for social care that mhuac gave us weeks ago and said this morning they'd given us is only for over 65s, they can't do anything. My sister is in mhuac now, I'm outside.

My sister's brought me to my crisis team appointment and it's not happening due to no staff and they didnt tell us before we got here. And they can't help with respite care so I was lied to this morning

I'm going to bed for a few hours.
