☀️ Love this research & this group! Check out our most recent pub demonstrating that morning bright light may be particularly useful for reducing binge eating in folks high in dietary restraint & negative affect - a group with traditionally poor outcomes.

Incredibly important (and beautifully written) paper by @HaynosAF and Amy Heard Egbert, Ph.D.. #eatingdisorders are common, deadly, and certainly *not* ‘niche.’ This paper is a must read for anyone in a mental health field.
