The point of having a routine…is not to stress you out more 💁🏻‍♀️. Just like anything, sometimes it’s okay to take a break, change it up. A few days will not hinder all the progress you made, flexibility in routine = living

I ate a lot of cookies 🍪 and cheesecake for breakfast 😅 I felt ashamed I thought my body would change and all my progress would be lost. But guess what actually changed…absolutely nothing. 🤷🏻‍♀️
