And here we go with the morning poster session of the Symposium! π©βπ¬ PhD Students and Postdocs are presenting their research to colleagues and collaborators. The goal: Communication across scales! Human Technopole #ScienceAcrossScales
Kudos to the AMAZING organisers who brought this Symposium to life! πππ Congratulations!!! You made Human Technopole proud!
Very happy to share the first of many stories we've been working on here at Human Technopole
Much of what we do in the lab is to model microbial behavior in response to perturbations, like antibiotics π€π§π§« So we built a data analysis tool that combines model-based parameter inference and downstream analyses with ML methods π biorxiv.org/content/10.110β¦ (Tweetorial π)
Kudos to Fabrizio Angaroni, Alberto Peruzzi, and Edgar (Proud of the team!! β€οΈ) We hope these methods will help identify patterns in microbial data that can inform rational intervention strategies β¨
It was fantastic to present my work in a poster at #ECCB2024. Thank you ECCB2024 Turku, Finland, Science and Innovation at Cancer Research UK Simone Zaccaria and Computational Cancer Genomics (CCG) Research Group for the funding and constant supervision and support in the project.
Postdoc opportunity (18 mos) Join our team to develop pipelines for single-cell seq data in an Fondazione AIRC per la ricerca sul cancro funded project! Looking for bioinformaticians and data scientists passionate about cutting-edge research (and fun too!) Apply by Dec 3rd: unimib.it/ateneo/gare-e-β¦ please RT!
