Much of what we do in the lab is to model microbial behavior in response to perturbations, like antibiotics πŸ€“πŸ§πŸ§« So we built a data analysis tool that combines model-based parameter inference and downstream analyses with ML methods πŸš€ biorxiv.org/content/10.110… (Tweetorial πŸ‘‡)
