Bucket list item number 2 completed. Number 1. Buy a veteran motor car. Number 2. Drive it in a veteran car run. Little did I know that my car was the oldest to take part. Which meant my co drivers had not only to push on hills but to navigate too!

The Beaulieu Oak Run took place on Sunday with 21 participating pre-1905 veteran vehicles touring the New Forest and returning to Beaulieu. Each year an oak tree sapling is planted to commemorate the run taking place and to help offset the carbon emissions.

Andy Rhind-Tutt and Henry Fryer did the London to Brighton Run last weekend in memory of Andy’s grandfather who took part in some of the very first runs in 1901 and 1902. The watch? BRG by Omologato.
