On Saturday, FFs from Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service completed their epic 186 mile run to raise money for Oliver's Fight Against Neuroblastoma
They began their journey at 6am Friday morning and crossed the finish line in Newcastle in under 30 hours!

This week County Durham & Darlington Fire & Rescue Service Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue Service crews met up at Rainton Bridge Community Fire Station to get familiarised with appliances & equipment carried by different Services.
It was also used to plan cross border exercises & joint attendance at high risk premises.

π§οΈ As extreme weather conditions, up & down the country caused havoc to communities & public services, and saw emergency services assist with the recovery and clean-up operations π
π₯ Over the past 5οΈβ£ weeks we have seen an increase in deliberate fires at the park on Thorney Close in #Sunderland .
π₯ 1οΈβ£7οΈβ£ blazes have been extinguished by crews from Farringdon Community Fire Station.
