Two conferences in one week this week! Now in York at the Social Policy Assoc Annual conference where the Centre for Personal Financial Wellbeing team is leading three symposium - 2 on pensions tomorrow(Hayley) and one on the tax policies so far of the Labour government on Friday (me)

As Centre for Personal Financial Wellbeing we are also involved in another session today at the Stephen McKay conference in York- this time a tax and social policy session on national/social insurance funding - looking at how the patterns of social insurance charges changed in the UK and across the OECD

Spent a fun hour today recording a podcast on our harmful gambling work as a Centre (Centre for Personal Financial Wellbeing ) with Birmingham City Council and their tenants - particularly focusing on the risk this creates of homelessness.
