My @idnet Broadband suddenly went down on Thursday for no apparent reason, I have been misled by the team until finally discovering their SLA with Fibre Heroes is 2 working days and it wasn’t looked at on Thurs due to Easter it won’t be until Tuesday at earliest 😡awful service
