Awesome week of training working with the @WaterUNE team, a lot of practical skills were learned but most importantly the non-technical skills to be able to deliver those practical skills were learned too. This was made easy by such a fervent team of “students”.

Best canyon yet! 7km walk in, canyons only shoulder width across, 4 abseils and some dodgy scrambling before another 7km out! The potential implications of being injured in these places is beyond belief. #SUREFIRECANYON #LostMTNS

Early start over here in the Blue Mountains but super interesting to see developments around the globe in pre-hospital critical care, it was well run and looking forward to the next one.

After the recent issues with contaminated Spinach. This may be useful for anyone prehospital or in ED who may encounter this toxidrome.

As the @worldextrememedicine jungle medicine course comes to a close, I reflect on the journey had by support staff, WEM faculty and participants. A course unrivalled for it’s professional standard of conduct and delivery. Exciting pictures to follow soon. 🐍 🕷️ 🦋🦂🪲
