Shocking service from John Lewis & Partners - paid for next day delivery for today for a Christmas present. Not arrived and DPD are saying it’s due for delivery on Weds next week. Rang customer service and only offer was to refund the delivery charge - it’s a £150 present!!!

I should clarify it was paid for named day not just next day John Lewis & Partners - such disappointing service and the customer service call was shocking - one of the worst I’ve ever experienced.
