#IndustrialAction As a H@N team we’ve worked together irrespective of whether we are medical or nursing staff. We haven’t worried about job titles or practised a hierarchy (in either direction), we’ve simply done what needed doing for pts. And people ask why I prefer nights 🤔🤔

So, the electronic patient record warns me off #prescribing Paracetamol for someone who has a documented reaction to Co-Dydramol…..As said reaction was constipation, Ladies and Gentlemen, I took the risk……😵‍💫
