An unforgettable day in the life of our country. Changed the course of history. So very sad for the loss of life, but so proud and grateful for the many that answered the bell that day as Americans. #NeverForget

Closest I got to no no. I actually quit warming up that day bc it was not good. But got between the lines and got into a rhythm. Good reminder that the warm up is just a warmup and doesn’t determine outcome. Sean Casey always took great AB’s and was a tough out.

Cheo was a stud. Great utility player w immense knowledge of the game. He has passed that wisdom on to so many in the Cards org selflessly. What an amazing baseball man and a great human being. Blessed to have partnered with him for years. St. Louis Cardinals

Sandy Sr was one of my coaches San Diego Padres and was an amazing baseball man. He was such an inspiration to many. He was beloved in his native country along with his family. Being a young Padres player w coach Sandy and sons Sandy jr and Robbie, looked up to their family w admiration.

So happy for a native Hoosier and friend. “Donnie Baseball” was a GREAT player and gritty competitor. He has had a huge impact as Toronto Blue Jays compete like he did. Relentless!! Go get the ring you deserve!!!

So good to catch up MLB HOF’er CC Sabathia. What an amazing Pitcher, competitor, and one of the best all time. Over 5,000 MLB K’s in this pic. Love being part of the MLB alumni. What a privilege.

Cool to play a round of golf MLB Kenny Lofton. Victor Scott II was my partner and I was able to watch these two CF and base stealers walk down fairways together. So cool to see interaction and the wisdom passed down was pure gold. #PayingItForward

That looks like a starting pitcher. Strong front side and good line usually equals good results. Doesn’t happen by accident as you said, a lot of practice. Looks like a young Todd Stottlemyre thanks for sharing
