Organizing practice is like putting together a puzzle. When it all comes together, the completed picture is a beautiful thing. Practices should aim to maximize efficiency of time, space, players, and staff. When that happens every day, the developmental gains are incredible.

Sarah and I are beyond grateful to have had the opportunity to be a part of the Harding Baseball family. We will always be in the debt of Coach McGaha and his family for the opportunity they gave us to work at such a special place with such special people.
