nearly 50 and still train like im in my 30's going from training 5 times a week to lockdown 0 training and having no motivation, until a few weeks ago.

Had a break from training and acting. It's hard to get motivated, especially when you're nearly 50, I have doubts in my head, am I too old? What if I get injured! I stopped thinking this way! Control your mind, never let it control you!
