Good morning from Gatwick, where South Terminal has re-opened after 21 months. But be warned: the main rail link from London Victoria is closed today. On the alternative route from London Bridge, Southern Rail is cancelling trains due to staff shortage; a 2h20m gap this morning.

Sadly, flight cancellations will continue for at least a month as airlines and airports try to find more staff during the 2022 shortage. WTTC warned in December that there was a looming labour shortfall of over 200,000 in #travel - my thoughts with Sally Bundock The PC Agency
