I’ve been eating more since my mom arrived to spend some days in my house, having 3/4 meals a day. But tbh it’s mostly low carb fruits and pretty much only one meal has a higher quantities of carbs. I’m always down to eat delicious fruits and that doesn’t make me feel guilty 😭
