As its #LGBTHistoryMonth (UK) I’m going to try and post one item every day to mark the 50th anniversary of LGBT Foundation - or at least from my 25 years with the organisation. This could be fun / scary / unbelievable - depending on what I manage to unearth. 🏳️‍🌈 🏳️‍⚧️

Over 100 years ago, the gay German sexologist & LGBT+ campaigner Magnus Hirschfeld pioneered the understanding of human sexuality & gender diversity of gay, lesbian, bi, trans & intersex. HERO! He also pushed for decriminalisation of homosexuality READ ow.ly/1Zuw50HM4bQ

Back in 2002 I made three of these monstrous phalluses to promote safer sex for LGBT Foundation They didn’t last very long as we had to keep them outside due to storage problems. They went mouldy in the end. A lesson for us all. #LGBTplusHM25 #lgbtfoundation50
