The Ol’Loreece foundation’s mission is to increase awareness of men’s health. I presented PAE this week. There was a band, a stand up comic ... and me. It was a great audience with lots of questions. They loved hearing about PAE! Stanford Medicine Stanford Radiology Stanford IR #IRad #pae

Balloon-occlusion PAE. Concerning pudendal collateral no longer seen after balloon inflation. PAE safely performed with 300-500 um particles.

Nice example of a prostatic artery with a concerning collateral vessel. After inflation of the microcatheter balloon, the flow was reversed and embolizarion safely performed. Coil embolization and distal catheter positioning are also good options.

Appreciate the kind message. It was a privilege to treat Tom and be part of an innovative medical team dedicated to exploring this new treatment. Hope he is doing well.
