Steinbach, 8:45AM. Just got back from a quick errand. Was out for about 45 minutes and conditions deteriorated rapidly in that time. Visibility in town is about 2 blocks, sometimes less. Unless it’s critical, just hunker down and wait it out #mbstorm

Sometimes the “impossible” is merely a mindset, and the possible is a change in thinking away! 470 days ago I had my last cigarette, and switched to vaping at 20mg/ml strength. In the last 45 days I’ve cut that down to 10mg/ml, and then down to 6mg/ml. • #vapelife #quitsmoking

The good folks back in SickNotWeak sent me a bunch of clothing circa 2017. A t-shirt, a hoodie, a sweatshirt, and sweatpants. I’ve loved repping such an incredible community, but I think it’s time to retire these sweat pants. They’re actually worn threadbare! #changeishope
