A superb relaxing weekend (ok I jet washed, who didn’t this weekend 🤷🏼‍♂️) .. breakfast in the garden and now it’s Rosé o’clock … love the warmer lighter months

laid up with a leg infection .. GP says I have to keep it elevated so am sofa bound, at least the view of our garden is nice 😊 The green is returning 🌳🌲🌿

my husband starts cycle 4 of chemo today. So we are off to see the amazing Haematology team at UCLH … they are doing a brilliant job keeping him with us for as long as possible 🙏🏻 thank you #LoveTheNHS

special memories made at Burghley today with one of my cousins and her husband. Never visited before, absolutely amazing gardens and wow interiors! Top food in the Orangery too. Mid point between Islington/Harrogate. So glad we visited 😊

spent more time with friends tonight. Just chilling, chatting, relaxing.

It’s taken my husband’s terminal diagnosis to re connect with friends again. We can all say we are busy busy, no time to meet, etc etc .. but simply making time for friends is the best thing ever 😊

can we now leave her alone please. I’ve been through cancer myself, I lost my Mum recently to cancer, my husband is now living with terminal cancer. Fuck cancer as we often say, we must continue to fight this terrible disease 🙏🏻

my favourite patient had a good meeting with his Consultant today. His chemo is keeping the leukaemia at bay.

Now we have 2 weeks off. Our favourite Chambre d’hôte nr Beziers has offered us a stay so I think it’s beach time for Easter.

after 100,000 miles we’ve just upgraded our trusty #VolvoV70 to a new XC90. Lots of road trips planned over the next few months while we can 🚗 🇫🇷 🇩🇪 🇬🇧
