Wow Fortnum & Mason prob the shittest customer service ever. Failed to send a Xmas hamper I ordered December 3rd. No one willing to solve the issue over the phone. Last person just hung up on me.

I did wonder about this. Seen some super obvious shop lifting in M&S and Sainsbury's recently. All three times they had a basket from the store filled with food and walked out. Reported all to staff and no urgency. Years ago I remember staff running to confront them
