popularly known by his stage name Genee Music, in a warm and inspiring meeting aimed at recognizing his contribution to music and cultural promotion. Genee Music, known for hits like "Kinawolofu" and "Akaarokoku", was accompanied by fellow artist Shantel Jovial 2/2.

In his remarks, Owek. Byakutaga thanked Genee Music for producing music that resonates with the people of Bunyoro and promotes local identity. He hailed the artist’s creativity and commitment, especially in using Runyoro-Rutooro in his songs, and encouraged him to continue.

“I appreciate your talent and commendable efforts in promoting our culture through music,” said the Prime Minister. “You are a cultural ambassador, and your discipline and humility are a shining example.

I encourage all musicians in Bunyoro to remain disciplined & humble if they are to succeed in the industry.” Owek emphasized the importance of using pure Runyoro in music, stressing that musicians are a strong arm of the Kingdom in preserving & promoting its culture and language
