Just finished the required continuing education requirements to renew my CompTIA A+ certification. Getting that really jump started my career several years ago, and it really makes me look back at all the opportunities and experience I've gained from that first push back in 2016.

Chiefs fans go hard. My company gave everyone 4 extra hours PTO (with the suggestion of attending victory celebrations). The kids' school district just sent out an automated call that the schools will be closed to celebrate, and Parent teacher conferences will be rescheduled.

We got a dehydrator, and made our first batch of jerky. We thought we'd play it safe and use pre-mixed seasoning. We DIDN'T check how much it was supposed to make. The kit had enough curing salt for 5X the meat we prepared. The texture is great, but it's SO salty.
