'Blood Miles' by Andrew Moody ("The Blood Miles" now out) . 'Pilgrim's Regress' in the world of 'A Canticle for Leibowitz' but with more sophistication than 'The Shack' and more helpful than 'This Present Darkness'. post-apocalyptictheology.org/2024/03/book-r…

This is such a great review from Luke Isham! His stuff about the dual tension shows a really good understanding of what I was trying to do with "The Blood Miles", and I am very flattered by the comparison with "Canticle for Liebowitz". post-apocalyptictheology.org/2024/03/book-r…

Just finished "The Blood Miles," a very enjoyable YA post-apocalyptic science fiction novel by Andrew Moody ("The Blood Miles" now out), loosely based on the Christian classic "The Pilgrim’s Progress" by John Bunyan. Five stars from me, details on the blog at scientificgems.wordpress.com/2024/03/19/the…

Thanks Tony Dekker for this very thoughtful review. I loved Christopher’s Tripod series when I was young; really like “Book of Eli” too – wonderful comparisons.

Against shallow experientialism … Hinn serves up a meatier biblical spirituality: the Spirit convicts us of our sins; comes to give us new life, justifies us and helps us understand Scripture, live it out and stay Christians." —Andrew Moody au.thegospelcoalition.org/book-review/re…
