Did DCA forget how to tell time? Monsters after dark opens at 3? And why is it open today? Sigh.

Love this change. Disneyland ADR opening on an east coast friendly time of 6 am pacific (9 am eastern) bothers me so much. Plus the wait list is always open so clearly they were saving plenty of space for walk ups anyway.

Nothing like trying to sit for 2.5 hours in front of the castle to make me realize I am not young anymore. It was a very complicated process to get up for my bathroom break.

No castle projections. Just because Halloween starts Friday doesn’t mean it isn’t a lot of people’s first time being here. The people on both sides of us in the front row having also been waiting since 7 and have never seen Wondrous.

Wondrous is so good she doesn’t even need that whole projection show they made for her. Being so close to the castle pyro and Baymax was so cool. And I do like how the castle lights up and twinkles for the show. 😭 Cancel Halloween Screams. Keep WJ.

When we got a new principal 4 years ago, he couldn’t tell me and my work best friend apart (she’s 4 inches taller than me with dark curly hair) and now somehow that’s spread to people I’ve worked with for 18 years getting us confused. I was here for like 8 years before her. 🙄

What a terrible, terrible day for on-site perks at the Disneyland Resort. With the astronomical prices, no Early Entry, & now no private entrance at the back of DCA, there are fewer & fewer reasons to ever stay on-site at Disneyland. Sad day.
