Even better idea: USDA should change its comically onerous regulations that force farmers to send their cattle halfway across the country to a massive feedlot/packing plant and allow farmers to use small processing facilities and sell meat locally

If the population of your city had more than doubled in your lifetime, you’d get my opposition to growth. It’s just impossible to keep up with infrastructure. Community degrades. Culture fades. Growth for the sake of growth is cancer.

Have just launched my personal website/blog, where I will be hosting links to all the articles I write for The Extinctions, Noema Magazine, Quillette and others, as well as posting reviews of books, movies and other media occasionally. Link in my bio.

My new shrubstack post is wild! In "bullets with butterfly wings", we look over the rich and successful history of nature conservation in military bases and training grounds!

This is a very good thred I gave some sources too so I think my angloid followers should read it too (and follow OP) so I'll translate it here + some corrections Juan Calfucurá (1770/80-1873) Founder of a native steppe empire, his foes called him "The Napoleon of the Desert"🧵

New entry in my Warlords of the Britons series is out today, this time taking a look at an early Pictish king, Drest Gurthinmoch, the "Great-Boar" of the Picts. Check it out at the link below.

I have pondered my survival of the Slammedenuff crisis in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Locals terrorized, the hollers and highways alike choked with Toyota Supras and degenerate anime Acuras. Pure Wiggerdom set loose upon the mountains like a plague sent by a vengeful god.

Gunnar singing in his mound by the light of the moon, as Skarphedinn and Hogni look on. The grave does little to dampen the song of brave men.

Visions of "Thulean Mysteries" in the melancholy refrains of "The Forlorn Homestead" whilst wandering Hosidius in ancient Gielinor... There is nothing new, only what has been forgotten...
