اليوم أزلنا سلك جهاز تنظيم ضربات القلب بعد وجود تسمم بالدم وثبوت تجمعات بكتيرية حول السلك والنتيجة مرضية ولله الحمد. بالصورة التجمعات البكتيرية على السلك بعد استخراجها بشكل منفصل قبل إزالة السلك.

Last case on Friday.. Urgent ischemic VT ablation for a 59 years old patient who had incessant VT and multiple cardiac arrests, and was on ECMO. 4 hours and successfully done, and he survived.

A 55 woman was referred for post-Bariatric surgery recurrent symptomatic SVT. Today in EP lab, I found she had AT, mapped to RA and ablated without further inducible arrhythmia. Post Bariatric surgeries arrhythmias are typically AF if any, but this is uncommon.

53 male with atrial tachycardia (AT) with P waves on ECG mapped to low atrium. Brought him to the lab and tachycardia mapping led to septal para-Hisian area. RA ablation didn’t terminate, retrograde access and from aortic NCC, ablation successfully terminated the arrhythmia.

A routine day in the lab.. 4 cases of AVNRT including an atypical AVNRT using #Ensite mapping system. The last case was a 20 years old lady with an incessant tachycardia.. terminated with a single lesion without further arrhythmia despite aggressive testing.
