When solving people's problems, it’s wise to assume you're dealing with irrational agents. A rational agent will, to the utmost of their abilities, reason optimally. It’s not a great expectation to place on others or yourself.

No matter how irreplaceable you feel at work, if there's a way to automate and improve efficiency, it will be done. Stop with the "AI could never..." Instead, reshape how you work and your tools. If done right, you'll work less for more.

Is it just me, or is there a massive difference in approaches to using AI depending on where you are in the world? Most in the US see it as leverage and efficiency, whereas overseas it’s seen as an opportunity for access. And you can see product mkt lean one way or another.

When AI makes it to operating systems (iOS, etc.) many ChatGPT tools will be in a pickle. No one wants to go to another tool to reply to an iMessage. Native autocomplete will always offer a better user experience.
