Martin Toro No hay respuesta basada en la evidencia salvo en el brote grave en el que no parece necesario. En el brote moderado ambulatorio yo no lo suprimo, hago como Domingo Balderramo porque confunde menos al paciente, no tiene toxicidad, y siempre es posible que ayude a controlar síntomas
