Entering the final part of my time at Lincoln City! It will be so strange not having a Imp on my chest next month! Unbelievably thankful for the experience and most importantly the people Iv got to work with along the way …. hopeful I am leaving the shirt in a better place!

Emotional after my final session with some of the best people who have made my time at Lincoln what it is! To the staff who have supported me all the way …to the parent/guardians who have trusted us with their boys! And to the boys that make me so proud! IMPSS!

Very fortunate to be able to explore and visit other countries through football! Visiting the DFB in Frankfurt and a variety of academies! Experiencing the culture and their ideas around development both for players and coaches has been so insightful!

A day to celebrate and reflect on the end of the Premier League FCD programme! Thankful for the amazing people that Iv met and the experiences I have been provided!

Our foundation phase players recently designed captains' armbands as part of a competition to celebrate diversity. 💙🤍 Josh Watkins, who plays for our under-9s, was chosen by our MU18s as the winner and his design will be worn during the #NoRoomforRacism campaign. 👏

Unforgettable trip to China to end the 24/25 season!! Coach development and coaching in a different culture is always something I have wanted to do.. Extremely thankful and lucky to get the opportunity in one of the most beautiful places in the world.

A trip across the pond to visit Seacoast United Meeting some great people who made the trip what it was. Lucky enough to coach a variety of children and get some other experiences thrown in too! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
