So finally fully diagnosed the crackling stutter issue when streaming annnnnnd.... my CPU is starting to go and as the oldest part in my PC.... yeah it sounds about right.

CPU swapping after work.. Not looking forward to it.

New CPU is working great.

Can't decide what to stream tonight.
