Wait, what. No prior DOJ asked to talk to Ghislaine Maxwell?? When Jeff Bezos sent DOJ after my family over alleged employee contracts violations, they subpoenaed everyone from my 70 year old dad to our nanny. This makes no sense.

If you’ve ever been swept up in a DOJ investigation, they will dig into every piece of your life. And you may not even know. It took Google 2 years to tell my husband that they’d turned his emails over to DOJ. Grateful to Elon Musk + @x for fighting to change this.

After DOJ vacated false pleas from others implicating my husband, Amazon - the accuser - filed a victim impact statement berating DOJ for not charging my husband with the crime they made up. You can’t make this up.

Given that Amazon execs are very into making criminal referrals to DOJ - in my husband’s case, lying through their teeth - be very careful. Throw away your Alexa now.

Can we please use this moment in time to end coercive plea bargaining in America? You may think it doesn’t matter but it’s the most powerful weapon people + companies with access to law enforcement have - and it’s destructive beyond belief.

So what you’re saying is that every ā€œcooperatorā€ used by the DOJ can’t be trusted? I agree - but you DO realize this is how almost every DOJ prosecution is built??

1930s DOJ prosecutors would like to have a word with the 2020 DOJ leadership who hand-selected their "best" prosecutors to go after my husband when Jeff Bezos called - and seized all of our $ with no criminal charges based on allegations of violating Amazon's employment terms.

Sarah, I wish I could talk to you. I’m a lawyer, like you. And like you, I had to go to battle for my innocent husband - working at night while my 4 babies slept. You’re so brave. I’m so sorry your government did this to your family.

And if that person says they didn’t do it, the prosecutors will try to help them remember they DID do it by seizing their $, threatening to indict their family members, stack charges and more!

Welcome to the show, Dan Bongino As a survivor of extreme FBI misconduct that dismantled my family’s life for years, I would love to talk to you. Who do I call?

Maybe he confirmed that oligarchs like Jeff Bezos can essentially order up criminal investigations, prosecutions + civil forfeiture. Hell of a thing.

This is LITERALLY how the DOJ works + how it "builds" almost every case - with "facts" from cooperators who, in return, are given leniency in sentencing and restitution. Trust me. In my husband's case, we exposed FOUR pleas with lies that had to be vacated. It's bullshit.

Americans don't understand that the entire federal criminal system rests on prosecutors *bribing* witnesses to testify against targets. Prosecutors give liberty, money, etc. So witnesses lie. I was able to prove it when DOJ came for my husband. If I hadn't he'd be in prison.
