During a PDM community Baraza in Malaba Town Council, I have tasked the parish chiefs & CDO to ensure that beneficiaries of pillar three( Financial inclusion) get the money within the shortest time possible since government sent the money in April but it's still in banks.

Following the closure of offices at Osia Subcounty by the Subcounty political leaders, together with CAO and NRM leaders of Tororo, we held a meeting with political & technical leaders to iron out the issues & eventually opened the offices to avoid sabotaging government programs

Early today, I monitored Parish Development Model and SAGE in Sere Sub-county, Tororo district. I have tasked the Subcounty chief, chairperson & technical persons to ensure that PDM money is disbursed in the remaining parish of Mwenge that was missing and to avoid extortion Fox Odoi-Oywelowo
