نددت منظمة العفو الدولية (أمنستي) الأربعاء بـ"عقبات كبيرة" تواجهها الناجيات من العنف المنزلي في كردستان العراق على صعيد ضمان حمايتهن، منتقدة فشل السلطات في إحالة المعتدين إلى القضاء حتى في حالات الاغتصاب أو القتل.
